We use the Steam Cleaning/hot-water extraction method when carpet cleaning. This is proven to be the most effective method which the Worlds largest carpet manufacturer (Shaw Industries) recommends. We have invested in the most advanced and most powerful truck mount system to ensure you are getting the best.
At Power Steam Cleaning we experience a high volume of customers, each job is unique which can sometimes alter the time required. We give a 1 hour to 2 hour window and also send a text 30mins before arriving as part of our service that our customers appreciate.
Initially you may wonder why are prices are higher than some cheap advertised prices that you see. We can sum it up quite simply – you get what you pay for. Some companies use cheap equipment and cheap products to keep costs down as doing the best job is not their focus. Here at Power Steam Cleaning we have invested in the most advanced and powerful truck mount system to achieve maximum heat and suction power so our customers are getting the best. You should vacuum at least once a week to pick up loose dirt and soil.
All of our technicians are IICRC certified.
We recommend you have your carpets professionally steam cleaned every 12 months under standard conditions in residential. Every 6 months if you have pets or kids. When dealing with commercial we assess the traffic.
If it is a small light item we will help shift it onto the bed or aside. Any thing that is heavy or valuable we will not move as we are not professional removalists and do not have the proper equipment or experience to move things without the risks of damaging your goods.
When we enter your home extra care is taken to ensure nothing in your property gets damaged. We take extra precautionary steps to shield your walls from hoses by placing corner guards on the walls that our hoses pass.
We have a 3 day guarantee on our bond cleans. If for any reason we have missed anything that we agreed to do we will return free of charge.
Yes. After being in the industry for over 16 years we understand what you go through. The Power Steam Team will be there for you in your time of need.
Yes. We also specialize in Pest Control. We hold the Pest Management Technicians License.
Yes. We specialise in End Of Lease Cleaning, Carpet Steam Cleaning & Pest Control. We are certified, licensed & fully insured. We can take care of the entire process for you. We can even give you big discounts on the bundle service.
Yes, we can pick up & drop off keys as well if within 5kms $10 each way.
We service all of Brisbane & surrounding suburbs, Ipswich, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast.

For carpet cleaning jobs payment is required after the job has been completed whilst the technician is on site. For bond cleaning full payment must be made before commencement of the job.
If you cancel 72 hours prior to you clean there is no cost. If you cancel 48 hours prior to your clean a $149 call out fee will apply. When we book your service we do not take other bookings.
